This MUSC application requires VDI or VPN when accessing it from off campus.

Please connect to one of these services and try again.

If you are on-campus

  1. Make sure you are connected to the MUSC Wi-Fi. If you are not connected to the MUSC Wi-Fi, this could be the reason you are receiving the redirect page. Once you are connected to the MUSC Wi-Fi try to access the form again.
  2. Use Google Chrome to access the form. If you are already using Google Chrome, then try using the Firefox web browser.
  3. If the previous two options do not work, you will need to disable the "Enable DNS over HTTPS" setting on your browser, clear their history for the site, close and restart their browser. (Example, Firefox to Disable "Enable DNS over HTTPS" in the browser settings> Network Settings> Disable "Enable DNS over HTTPS. History - Forget this Site. Close and restart Firefox. Then access the Etreive form) ."

If you are off-campus:

  1. Have you registered for VPN access? If not,

    First, register for the Microsoft Authenticator App. You will need the code produced on the Authenticator app to access the VPN. To register, go here.

  2. If you are already using VPN, make sure you are using a Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.

  3. If the previous two options do not work, you will need to disable the "Enable DNS over HTTPS" setting on your browser, clear their history for the site, close and restart their browser. (Example, Firefox to Disable "Enable DNS over HTTPS" in the browser settings> Network Settings> Disable "Enable DNS over HTTPS. History - Forget this Site. Close and restart Firefox. Then access the Etrieive form using a Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.)
